We are looking for an experienced, customer service oriented individual to join our successful team at our Operations Center in the SCOTTSDALE AIRPARK.
OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Service Representative working with our Key Accounts Support Team, you will provide personalized Business to Business Customer Service for our retailers. Our team members must be independent thinkers, reliable, motivated, organized, and service oriented!
Marcolin USA offers a business casual, teamwork environment. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Order entry processing modification, verification and release
* Product set-up on retail customer accounts
* Monitor retail customer orders, backorders, and shipping windows
* Follow up on purchase order extensions, status, current and future product availability, and expediting shipping
* Respond to sales representative requests for order/product status, sales assistance, and information.
* Interact with the Distribution Center regarding purchase order requirements and priorities. Resolve consumer and customer issues.
* Responsible for order and product availability reports
* Track and assign retail return authorizations
* Assist with mass account maintenance updates
* Special projects and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Communicate effectively orally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail
Ability to follow through on assigned tasks
Microsoft Office / computer literate
Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
