| The California based RBD will be responsible for selling the Clinipace Worldwide dCRO services and product line and manage regional sales processes to achieve corporate sales objectives. The RBD will engage in direct sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, in-person sales calls, proposal, generation, and closings. The RBD will be expected to maintain a high-activity sales effort that is documented and managed in Salesforce.com.
Reporting to the VP, Business Development, the RBD will develop regional sales plans that are consistent with overall corporate strategy.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 4 years direct sales experience is clinical research sales on West coast United States with a small-mid size CRO and history of achieving/exceeding quota
- Experience developing and managing pipeline and reporting to executive management
- Experience with sales pipeline management tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in Life Sciences
- Relevant Knowledge
